A new path to a new career
Trained for the market AI is reshaping
In a market where AI is squeezing the average out of software teams, Coyotiv alumni stand out and move up. They're hired for their mindset, their problem-solving instincts, and their ability to build alongside AI rather than behind it — driving products at fast-growing startups, modernizing legacy stacks at global tech firms, and leading features inside Coyotiv's own consultancy, where we love welcoming alumni back as teammates.

This program is the right fit if…
- You can commit your whole day to studying and building
- You don't have a full-time job right now — or you're ready to take a break from one
- You want daily human engagement and full instructor support, not a self-guided course
- Building your own project with an expert's hands-on guidance sounds like the best use of your time
Your typical day with us:
Good morning!
Your first session starts in 30 minutes. Grab breakfast and get ready for a full day working toward your new career.
Pair-programming session with a teaching assistant
Every morning, you'll pair up with fellow students — seeing how others approach problems, picking up new techniques on the spot, and practicing how to solve problems as a team.
Discussion session with the head instructor
You'll go deep on the day's topic, ask questions directly, and explore the subject from multiple angles with our most experienced instructors.
Self-study & study jam
Once live sessions wrap up, you'll keep practicing with your peers and teaching assistants — reviewing recordings, working through exercises, and preparing for the next day.
Financing
Make it work for your budget
Cost shouldn't be what stands between you and a new career.

Who's teaching
Learn from hands-on engineers, not full-time lecturers
You'll learn in small, dedicated groups under the guidance of people who build software for a living.
Armağan Amcalar
Founder · Lead Instructor
A master craftsperson who entered the craft of programming over 20 years ago. Acting as team lead, software architect, engineering manager, and CTO, Armağan has guided hundreds of people through their careers in the industry — and designed and personally teaches most of this program.
De Long
Instructor · Agile Coach
A versatile teacher, coach, and agile-development practitioner. As Chief Content Officer & Co-Founder at mindshine.app, De Long coached development teams using agile principles, and has brought his SCRUM and software-engineering expertise to well-known automotive companies and consulting clients alike.
Numan Selman Duman
Instructor · Full-Stack Engineer
A developer and trainer working across software development and software-engineering education. He builds production systems with JavaScript, MongoDB, event-driven architectures, and end-to-end web applications, with a public portfolio spanning e-commerce, booking systems, and Vue.js-based projects.
What our grads say
Real stories of growth and career change
You can read the rest of our reviews on Course Report — and we're always glad to hear from you too.
"What Coyotiv offers, beyond instructors with real industry experience, is didactics — a pedagogical model that prepares you to work independently, whatever the language or technology."
"I came in with almost no programming knowledge — especially in JavaScript. In just 14 weeks I built my own API and deployed a website with Docker, using nothing but JavaScript."
"The best investment I made in the career I wanted. I met incredible people along the way and gained a community for life. I was hired as a junior a month after finishing the course, at a great company."
"This course is extremely interactive — you never have time to get bored. At every step, you learn something new and apply it immediately, clearly seeing the result of your own work."
"I joined on a friend's recommendation and couldn't be more grateful for the suggestion. Those weeks were incredibly eye-opening — they exceeded every expectation I had."
"What sets Coyotiv apart is how much the instructors care. Armağan has an enormous depth of knowledge and knows how to make it click. De Long has a gift for turning technical jargon into plain language."

Frequently asked questions
Yes! Many students have changed their lives at the end of our intensive program and now work as confident software engineers. Where an academic degree teaches you all the theory — down to how the hardware itself works — Coyotiv takes a hands-on approach: you're working on your own software project from day one.
Absolutely. What you need is motivation, curiosity, an open mind, and a willingness to join our community. Most of our students have no prior experience when they start.
Because generating code and engineering software aren't the same thing. A software engineer analyzes the problem, designs the architecture, chooses the right tools, evaluates what AI produces, and keeps the system maintainable for years. Our curriculum was redesigned around exactly this — training engineers who work alongside AI, not engineers built for a pre-AI world.
No. Our English-track sessions and materials are delivered fully in English, so German isn't required to complete the program — though picking up some German can help once you're job hunting locally.
It's an education voucher issued by Germany's Bundesagentur für Arbeit (Federal Employment Agency) or your local Jobcenter, available to eligible unemployed residents, people at risk of unemployment, or recognized refugees. If you think you might qualify, get in touch — we'll help you understand the process and next steps.
In the Full-Time program, this is your main daily focus — expect a full working day, most weekdays. If your schedule doesn't allow that, our Self-Paced program is built for around 10–15 hours a week instead.
Everything from software-engineering fundamentals through Vue.js, MongoDB, Node.js/Express, Docker, and Google Cloud — modern full-stack development taught with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS at the core, alongside AI-assisted workflows throughout.
Yes — it's one of our strongest areas. Your career coach supports you with your CV, portfolio, and mock interviews, and is there for any question about the job-search process. Standout graduates sometimes join our own pool of engineers, working alongside us on real Coyotiv projects.
No — no training provider can honestly promise that. What we can offer is thorough support building a strong portfolio, preparing for interviews, and shaping your career plan, if that's what you're after.
Yes. We offer installment plans with no additional interest, alongside the Bildungsgutschein option for eligible residents of Germany.
